The Real War on Science, John Tierney, City-Journal

Common Sense Commentary: The author shows how confirmation bias and groupthink operates in justifying the left’s point of view and how their blending of politics and science assures that politics is passed off as science and their false and erroneous conclusions become part and parcel of the public’s consciousness. This article raises the question, “Are scientists still scientists – or just another powerful lobbying group?”

Jimmy Carter Urges President Obama To Divide Land of Israel Before He Leaves Office, Michael Snyder, Charisma

Common Sense Commentary: CS encourages the reader to also read the source article, by Jimmy Carter, an op-ed in the NY Times, here. For why this UN resolution would be catastrophic for the US, read Snyder’s former piece, here. News was that Obama intended to back off of this initiative, but this article leaves a UN resolution still open. This article, Why Carter Gets It Wrong On Israel, responds to Carter’s false assumptions and arguments.

Trump’s 100 Day Contract To Make America Great Again

Live Presidential Election Results, Fox News

Note: At present, Clinton has about 1,300,000 more votes nationally than Trump, though there are different estimates. Cook Political Report has the lead at 2.5 million votes (though Cook declares itself non-partisan, its accolades and background are suspiciously liberal). ABC/Post estimate is the same as that of Fox. Michigan certified Trump as winner on 11/28, giving him 306 electoral votes. The Electoral College convenes on December 19th this election cycle, and generally, motivated by both custom and law, confirms the election result. On January 3rd, Congress counts the electoral votes and makes it legal.

How Steve Pieczenik And Other Intelligence Officials Stopped The Clinton Coup, You Tube

Common Sense Commentary: Who is Steve Pieczenik? One rumor is that he was the real life model for the Jack Bauer character on the TV series, 24. Others suggest Jose Rodriguez, former chief of the CIA’s Clandestine Service as more likely, still others say it wasn’t based on anyone. At the very least Pieczenik is a controversial character with mucho smarts and a varied resume of government and intelligence experience. His Wikipedia bio may be accessed here. In this video he explains how a silent and 2nd American Revolution is occurring right now. For more on Pieczenik’s background and a fairly objective appraisal of some of his crazier – and apparently incorrect predictions and views – see this recent video from The Michael Trimm Show, which also includes an amazing explanation for why FBI Director Jim Comey could not indict Hillary, at about the 27:00 mark.

Common Sense Synopsis: An anthology of the songwriter and artist’s life and work, including the seminal song, Hallelujah. According to Remnick, “Dylan, who is seventy-five, doesn’t often play the role of music critic, but he proved eager to discuss Leonard Cohen. I put a series of questions to him about Number 1, and he answered in a detailed, critical way—nothing cryptic or elusive.”
