Senate Judiciary Committee Advances Kavanaugh Vote To Senate – With One Caveat, Adam Shaw, Fox News
CS Commentary: Flake ‘Flakes,’ – Senator Jeff Flake from AZ Gets Played By Democrats: Flake ‘flaked’ (here’s a guy appropriately named – and he is from Snowflake, AZ, believe it or not) and went back on his promise to vote Kavanaugh out of committee and to a Senate vote, adding the caveat of a one week FBI investigation before he would cast a ‘yes’ vote on the Senate floor. If this holds – and apparently it will – it will make a Kavanaugh confirmation more difficult, though it should still happen. One week gives the Democrats that much more time to bring others with similar allegations forward. One can envision a snowballing process in which they protest more and more based on multiple – and even newly brought – non-corroborated allegations.
Sure, the FBI will be investigating – and we all know how much they can be trusted. Flake, along with so many Republicans, fell back on the ‘Can’t we all get along’ Good ‘Ol Boy philosophy of the Senate – and screwed the nation. Asleep at the wheel, he appears to have no cognizance that our nation is at war and the Democrats are leading and winning every battle, mostly because Republicans are always back on their heels. The sooner America wakes up and votes the Flake’s, Corker’s, and Ryan’s out of Congress the sooner the people can take back their nation from the elites. So much the better that these three plan retirement at year end.

Exposed – Creator of ‘Qanon’ Speaks For The First Time, Jack Prosobiec, One America News
CS Commentary: Common Sense Interpretation published a comprehensive and objective analysis on ‘Q’ on Medium on 8/23/18 (see link below) that concluded that ” to believe that ‘Q’ is legitimate involves major leaps of faith over multiple inconsistencies in data.” This article by Prosobiec, one of the initial propagators of the de-bunked Pizzagate conspiracy who eventually recanted his part in that phenomenon appears to de-bunk and expose ‘Q’. Prosobiec now works for One America News, a pro-Trump network. This ‘proof’ is unlikely to convince ‘Q’ disciples. However, this, plus the preponderance of evidence presented in our report below in Editor’s Choice certainly raises ‘reasonable doubt’ that Q is genuine – and means that more likely than not ‘Q’ is a prank or a fraud. Ultimately though, one has to admit – as even Praying Medic has said – no one knows the identity of ‘Q.’ That still remains true. CS Commentary: ‘Q’ disciples are likely to dismiss this outright simply because Salon is a left leaning media outlet, however, the principles outlined are true for both left and right believers in conspiracies. The writer gives us insight into why we are attracted to things that explain the world we live in.
CS Commentary: If anyone needed proof that the Deep State exists, this Op-Ed certainly provides it. The writer’s hypocrisy never shines through more clearly than when he holds up John McCain as the great national example and points to the views expressed in his Farewell Letter: “We weaken our greatness when we confuse our patriotism with tribal rivalries that have sown resentment and hatred and violence in all the corners of the globe. We weaken it when we hide behind walls, rather than tear them down, when we doubt the power of our ideals, rather than trust them to be the great force for change they have always been.” This a farewell letter that extols ideals above common sense, ignores God, and that the writer uses to embrace a form of ‘tribalism’ against the President – as McCain exhibited in his later days. The writer narcissistically makes himself ‘King’ of his own version of the American ‘tribe.’ The last time we checked President Trump was duly elected and he is still the President. Trump’s tweet of “Treason?” does not seem far off. A Former CIA Operative On The State Of US Intelligence And How Well Trump Is Doing His Job, Ben Weingarten, The Federalist
CS Commentary: A CIA insider talks about the corruption in top levels of government, particularly the CIA, how we won in Iraq and Afghanistan then messed them both up, how the Chinese are ‘eating our lunch’, terrorists flowing across the Southern border, and the bureaucratic dismantling of the US intelligence operation globally. A must-read. Quote: “Donald Trump represents a transformation. Revolution is probably an accurate term to use. I don’t know when the last time is we have seen such a thing….I should say as an aside in regard to the Russian thing, the entire assertion of Russian collusion, the collusion between Donald Trump and Russian intelligence, is ludicrous.”

How To Ask Someone To Pay You Back Without Being Awkward, Natalia Lusinski, Bustle
CS Commentary: One thing the article misses is that you should always loan – if you decide to loan, which we don’t necessarily endorse – with the understanding of how and when the money will be paid back. For example, before handing over any amount ask simply, “If I were to loan you what you asked, when will you be able to pay it all back?” This sets up an expectation for repayment right off the bat that will make it easier for you to go to them with the request in the future, assuming you need to do that, which you most likely will. Buying a meal for someone, we do not include in the category of loans because the next time you get together when the check comes you simply say, “I paid last time, so I’ll let you pick it up this time.”

Brene Brown: The Quest For True Belonging, Chase Jarvis Live
CS Commentary: We are just getting to know Brene Brown and we don’t necessarily agree with everything she says or believes – but much of her content is enlightening and stimulating, especially if self-awareness and personal growth are among your goals. Definitely a long video, but well worth watching. We suggest you break it down into 15 minute segments and watch one a day for a week. Great for artists, innovators, entrepreneurs, musicians, and creatives in general, but also especially good for anyone who is ‘Braving the Wilderness.’ Quote: “Every creative knows what its like to stand alone…Be a part of a creative group or community, but don’t ever believe for a second that you are not going to have to stand on your own.”
A Simple Favor, Film Review, Hollywood Reporter
Predator Film Review, Hollywood Reporter
CS Commentary: Regardless what this review says, this film is an unrestrained mess with a plot that’s all over the place and consecutive scenes that strain credulity. Shane Black was great with the Lethal Weapon series, but misses completely when it comes to ‘rebooting’ this franchise. Hard to believe some of the generous audience reviews on Flixster and Rotten Tomatoes. Just goes to show what playing too many video games can do to your brain.
